The Quaker Flash was amongst the first range of kits that Ben produced way back in the early 1980's and they became very popular with sport flyers who wanted to have a go at vintage flying. The design stays true to it's origins with genuine reed tips on the wing and tail. The old saying that goes 'if it looks right, it'll fly right' is very true of the Quaker Flash.
The Quaker Flash is a smaller version of the 'Flying Quaker' designed in 1936 by Paul Karnow.
We also produce a smaller version still called the 'Quaker Oat' available as a plan only and designed and drawn by Ben. See the plan section for more info and details of how to order.
